Hey Larkin: So right on. I was just thinking the other day how unbelievable it is that a criminal cartel like the fed can print up and create worthless fraudlent notes of debt that the sleeple sheeple buy into while they lock up a man who produces something of real value. Are we living in the Twilight Zone?

We need to wake up and learn the lesson the people in the Middle East are teaching us.

LOVE it! It's nice to see someone give her the respect she deserves.

Does it make me a "terrorist" also if I spend or receive "liberty dollars" in trade? Even FDR wasn't this bad. He warned people with an executive order before making gold "illegal". We didn't even get that!

In claiming that silver undermines paper did Anne admit that fiat money is inferior? Did she infer that if given a choice people would use metal over paper?  I think so. Can the fascists force paper on us if we resist? I think NOT.  This is a bluff that begs to be called. 

I know I'm not speaking to the choir, but Larken is correct in vilifying Anne Tompkins and the rest of the Attorney Generals Office and officers as Tyranny whores, terrorists, and basically scum sucking idiots that they are.

The challenge I see for Larken and many others is that, "wanting to be left alone" is a concept that requires action, not the lack thereof. By this I mean that because of the way people interact with each other, the reality of these interactions is that your silence is consent. If you don't disagree, you agree. That is why action is necessary.

Aside from the necessity of taking action, more importantly is taking the proper action. As it turns out, our constitutional process allows for two kinds of actions to be brought in the courts. One is civil, and the other is criminal. A criminal action can only be brought "at law", but a civil action can be brought at law or "in equity".

What this means is that when the government comes against an individual like Larken or Bernard, the individuals do not have a remedy in that court and their defenses are not heard by that court, although they like to let you think you have a chance.

The remedy in both Larken's and Bernard's cases is an equitable one that must be filed in a separate, collateral, civil acton to restrain the individuals, personally, not in the capacity of any job. The Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) or Preliminary Injunction is found at Rule 65(b)F.R.C.P. and is what the Judges of the Supreme Court said is the process used in Foreclosures, Forfeitures and Rights violations. I found this in a "note" under RuleE 4(f) which says:

“Rule E(4)(f) is triggered by the defendant or any other person with an interest in the property seized. Upon an oral or written application similar to that used in seeking a temporary restraining order, see Rule 65(b), the court is required to hold a hearing as promptly as possible to determine whether to allow the arrest or attachment to stand. The plaintiff has the burden of showing why the seizure should not be vacated. The hearing also may determine the amount of security to be granted or the propriety of imposing counter- ‐security to protect the defendant from an improper seizure.”

Now you can see why I said I knew I was not talking to the choir, this is extremely secret, legal, knowledge that I have discovered through decades of research. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know exactly how one goes about obtaining these restraining orders and injunctions, but I can tell you one thing for sure, this is exactly WHAT each of us needs in order to secure our freedom and liberty. HOW to obtain this ORDER is for all of us to discover.

Great post - as usual.  my only minor critique would be about the language you used -- being Far to TAME & CIVIL -- for such a "Nazi bitch". . .

...or someone who uses violence as often as thugs like Anne CLAIM they do.
