Hour one of your program: you have done a tremendous job raising your kids; instilling the importance of work ethic and knowing the value of family. How you have to struggle and scrimp and save.  But to agonize over our friends just getting going.....all of conditions you described, perhaps it is necessary to experience living on a shoestring to get a true grasp of what freedom and independence is all about??  Gosh, I remember when our savings amounted to $200.00, what was there between us and the street.

Now on to hour two!
