That’s not mismanagement. Rather, it’s freedom. All anybody has to do is, get a group together and get into government, and then organize things in a better way. Then raise property taxes to pay for it all. This will make the free people pay more while giving them something they don’t really care about anyway. I mean, if they cared about progress-like-Phoenix, they would have raised their own taxes already. So, get government to steal more from the sheep who don’t know how to use common law private property rights to protect themselves from taxes. Become a wolf in sheep's clothing, and gain for yourself and Tucson a bunch of accolades from the wealthy.
