On that Dark Chocolate
To get rid of that corn syrup and other sweateners, what I do is buy 99 percent choc and add honey. I melt the choc squares and pour it on a pan an then add honey in. Benefit: Different honeys taste differently and give the choc a different taste depending on the flowers the bees used. Best source for this I know of (and whom I am completely unaffiliated with other than as a long time customer) is Scharffen Berger.
It's sort of like make your own chocolate bars.
