Thanks for the update Jeanne! I miss you around the shop and I hope you and Buck are doing well.
I enjoyed the show today, Jet and Chuck. While listening to the show I am making onion relish! I grew the onions, I grew the peppers, I chopped them all up. Basically you throw in some vinegar and sugar and pickling spices, simmer for 30 minutes, pour the beautiful results into canning jars and process in a hot water bath for approx. ten minutes. And there you have it! Good stuff! A small way to take care of yourself and your family.
