Austin Martin

Austin Martin is a homesteader and local musician from Big Island, Hawaii. He is known for his role as a 2022 election whistleblower, and a passionate anti-corruption activist in Hawaii. During the Covid era, Austin and his family were repeatedly targeted by the Hawaiian officials due to their political activities, which has brought them to the forefront of the fight against judicial corruption and weaponization; since then, Austin has brought several anti-corruption lawsuits against the State for political targeting, judicial misconduct, and election interference. He has since helped to coalesce the other 3rd Parties of Hawaii to unite under the LPHI. His work and leadership has brought former Republicans, Democrats, and independents together in the liberty movement to present the first credible, non-controlled opposition party that Hawaii has known since its unlawful annexation into the US.

In 2023, Austin was elected to the Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party of Hawaii, and shortly after his election, the Chairman unexpectedly resigned, making Austin the Chair for the 2024 election cycle. Austin is a leading voice in Hawaii's liberty movement, with big plans for modernizing and renewing the Libertarian Party of Hawaii.

1. Support Austin & Abbra's Fight for Clean Elections -

My name is Austin Martin. Each week, my wife Abbra and I are fighting for you on the frontlines of the battle for liberty. We currently serve as volunteers for the Libertarian Party of Hawaii. Abbra and I together have helped to expose a large scale election interference operation, where informants are being sent to take over the major parties, and as election whistleblowers, we have exposed our family to great risks. We gladly do this public service, but it comes at a great cost to our family; we need help from supporters like you to help keep us fighting hard. Exposing informants and election misconduct is dangerous work, and there are no "angel donors" out there to help volunteers like us carry on their work. If you want to help us deal a blow to the corrupt establishment and join our fight for clean elections in Hawaii and across the US, please consider donating to support our efforts, and help us stay in the fight.

Much love. Press on.

2. Election Observer Seeks Answers...(HAWAII NATURAL LAW JURAL ASSEMBLY ..08-24-2022)

Partial Affidavit (draft) of Election Observer Austin Martin

The undersigned, Austin Martin, declares under penalty of perjury and under the laws of Hawaii
that the foregoing is true and correct:
Declaration of Fact by Austin Martin:
1. I am over the age of 18 and am a resident of the state of Hawaii. I have personal knowledge
of the facts herein, and, if called as a witness, could testify to the truth and accuracy thereto.
2. I suffer no legal disabilities and have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below.
3. I affirm that I was a designated 2022 election observer for the Libertarian Party of Hawaii in
Hawaii County in 2022. During the course of my duties as an election observer, especially
during the observer training and testing dates where I was able to directly interact with Hart
InterCivic's representatives and county employees, I witnessed the following:
A. I witnessed the existence of a server room with unidentified vendor equipment which
was connected to Hart InterCivic Inc elections operations systems located inside the
building. The server room was discovered by multiple election observers and myself
when we noticed the suspicious activity of employees, and then together decided to
follow them. The room was unlocked and unsecured. I saw unidentified equipment in the
room, including several strange Cat-5 data cables with open ends that appeared to still
be connected to the building and to other pieces of equipment mounted on the wall.
B. Hart employees strongly implied ownership of other equipment in the Server room, and
were extremely defensive about allowing observers to access the room.
C. Hart InterCivic employees refused to meaningfully answer questions when asked by
election Observers about readily apparent irregularities and vulnerabilities during their
interactions on July 30th. Hart employees instead offered contradictory and sometimes
absurd responses when pressed for answers. I knew without any doubt I was being
brazenly lied to each time I asked a specific question about network configuration -
especially on items directly relating to internet connectivity. For example, Hart employees
(including Mr. Franky Sores) affirmed the official company line that "No Hart System ever
will be or has been connected to the internet." However, when connectivity and
networking capabilities were observed, Hart employees began by deflecting that the
connectivity was "only for the pre-election results to be broadcasted to the media",
further elaborating that the transmission of election results would take place through
either a phone call and/or by secure V-drive being physically transported. Later, the
same employees (Leticia Salazar, Frankie Sores, and others) would admit that there
were several points of connectivity for the system, and even connected some of those
systems to internet capable hardware in the presence of myself and other observers,
and ultimately ended up saying that the election data itself must be transmitted off-site
and cannot at any point be compared, audited, or verified to the alleged results,
allegedly tabulated prior to the transmission, until after receipt of the final results from an
off-site location. I was not allowed to even test the equipment because of vendor and
county employee combativeness, but others who weren't prevented by force were
unable to verify the authenticity and integrity of the data, and I witnessed those
D. Hart employees became combative, and attempted to physically prevent observers from
seeing or making independent records of observations throughout the day. This behavior
became unmistakable early on in the testing session after I began to manually transcribe
the printout from the transmission device, and in response, Hart employees physically
interceded to block my view and to hide the contents of the transmitter printout. The
information I manually transcribed from that printout reads:
" V2.7.1 Bios ver.
Alaska -107200920200504000000.0000000
Network "Ethernet 8023"
1ST pass: network missing
USB 3.0 to gigabit adapter
E. Office of Elections Employees and County Clerk Jon Henrick, in concert with other
County employees witnessed these events and then actually assisted the vendor to stop
Observer questioning about irregularities or readily apparent vulnerabilities. Hart's staff
and the county employees worked in concert to misdirect observers. It seemed like the
vendor was in charge and the state employees rushed to do whatever they were ordered
by the vendor, even if contrary to proceedure. The State employees ultimately supported
Hart InterCivic Inc's demand that I be removed from duty, and further actually attempted
to aid in a failed scheme to have me arrested and forcibly removed from the site by
F. County workers also intentionally attempted to remove other observer witnesses from
