Time for this cop to go back to basic training , even IF this person was on dope ? A prostitute ? The female should have been in cuffs within minutes without this hassel.
Personaly I don't believe in cerfews,, it only drives most crimes underground and out of sight, which solves nothing. Cops cannot contain real crimes, it's too risky, so this is the least possible way to approach crime control without getting in harms way.
