I don't have any idea if the Company can really Foreclose within just 2 weeks or not but just the threat is enough to cause a lot of worry, especially when your mortgage payments are up to date.

Please have Nannette contact me. I have evidence of a MN state court decision that cancelled a mortgage. I also have other info regarding the fraud of mortgages. If the lender does NOT have the original WET-INK contract she signed, they CANNOT foreclose, not even with a "lost note affidavit". For my own protection: This is NOT legal advice, but educational information. All I want to do fwd an email and attach a pdf. Thanks for your time.

This is enough, when are we all going to stand up! If this isn't a Fascist action, please define??? I think it's high time we break out the weaponry and give this BS a little frontier justice!!!
