"Can the JLC software be used on a TV?"
If you have a 'video out' on your video card then anything on your PC can be watched on your TV. I watch DIVX movies on my TV all the time that way, and the JCL software also works fine thru it. It is full screen on my TV while I'm typing this now.
I looked closer at the ad in this article and it does look like a clone of JCL in the screen shot that they show and in the wording they use. I see no reference to a 'machine' unless that is from a different company.

Yes it might cost 50.00 for the machine but a one time cost is still better than paying fora service every month.

Thanks for the tip about JCL! Just installed it and it works great and is really free unlike the $50 one that was posted.
I'd guess the $50 one just gives you a link to JCL like the old 'download free MP3' scams that gave you a link to Kazza.
