I watched the whole thing (subtitles and all) and while the supported solution isn't clear, the problem is very detailed. Corruption that is fueled by Central Banks and Central Planners will continue all over the world where ever it is allowed until the people are educated enough to understand what is being done to them and how.

The "why" is always more 'power and control'.

WOW!!!

And the Bad Guys keep doing this over and over,... all over the world. I suggest this video for the education. It is sub titled but makes for a better understanding in some ways.
