Immigration without the master's permission is not a crime. It is a civil infraction, like jaywalking.

I am glad that the tide is finally turning and someone is talking about removing these criminals from our country. Aren't all alliens that are in this country illegally considered criminals ? Am I missing something here ? Are there any alliens in the country illegally that are not considered criminals?
Help me out people, I don't understand these political code words.
