Mexico Fingerprinting Cellphone Users to Crack Down on Kidnapping

In an effort to prevent criminals from using prepaid cellphones to extort money and negotiate kidnapping ransoms, Mexico is requiring that all mobile phone companies build up a database on their clients.

Wow they can sure think up a lot of ways to get your finger prints into the system. A country never looses their rights overnight, it is little by little. This is a test, American Citizen you better speak up we are next. This is not a joke. Legal American Citizen you are needed NOW. Wake up please...
