All contact with the public by law enforcement should be video and audio taped. This should be pubic record easy to aquire. This would go a long way to clean up the abuse that law enforcement think that they are entitled to. Transparency and the light of day will weed out the bad ones and give the public the protection it deserves. This is one thing that I would be glad to pay more taxes to make it happen.
