Fannie and Freddie Detail Retention Bonuses

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the mortgage-financing giants the taxpayers rescued, outlined plans to pay an additional $159 million in bonuses to retain employees in 2009 and 2010, on top of the nearly $51 million already paid out last year.

I sure could use some of that money. Where do I get in line for the gravy train? How can any business need to pay bonuses to retain employees ? In a time of high unemployment why can't they just be happy to have a job? This is such garbage !!!!!
