It's pretty obvious that the "emergency" they are planning for is when the people stop taking their fascist crap and start fighting back. The "disaster" will be when the military starts shooting Americans who refuse to take it any more. Any congressman who signs onto this measure should be retired, whether it takes a ballot or the alternative.

 Mike German, the ACLU's national security policy councel, in his arguement, used the word Democracy. What happenesd to "Republic?" Posse Comitatus has not been removed from the constitution. There is great evidence there is an overlaying government called a Democracy (read- Socialist). We can return to the Republican form of government by saying "no" to anything unconstitutional and enforcing that action through our local governments then working upward. We must educate ourselves as well as others in the constitution. THIS IS NOT DIFFICULT!
