The patent is for a general method of making vaccines. The preferred embodiment does not have to be proven possible, but usually has some substance. "In further embodiments" [0056], one attempts to expand the scope of the patent and/or its market by mentioning all the configuration variations and/or all the other things its preferred embodiment could be used to do. Including H1N1 in a long list of viruses has no significance whatsoever.
