Police in Boston--and Tucson AZ--are boosting a new program that allows anonymous tipsters to text the police with info on anyone they think is "suspicious". The report leaves a lot of questions unasked--and unanswered.
I think it will make be a great tool for snitching on misbehaving "authorities". Like maybe, "man with a gun" at construction zones and such. ;-) We'll see how anonymous it really is. ;-)

People should absolutely flood their system with bogus text messages. But who do you snitch on? I guess you could start with http://www.whosarat.com/ and all state and federal congressmen. From there you can use your imagination.
