California has the answer to its deficit budget problem right in its own backyard and starting with the Guvernator.  All he has to do is impose a stiff tax (at least one mil) on each of those publicity hogs, good for nothing Hollywood types who makes millions just by selling Preparation H on TV.  Lawd knows they won't be missing it.
