April 20th Celebration “FREE MARIJUANA FROM THE CHAINS OF IGNORANCE!” NORML at ASU and Devil’s Advocate present The 4/20 Fest! SPREAD THE WORK and PASS IT TO A FRIEND. This event will be in front of the Memorial Union Building at ASU. Live bands, guest speakers, and ASU Comedy will be entertaining during this event.
