NFL Held Subject to Sherman Antitrust Act

The Supreme Court held today that the National Football League teams "do not possess either the unitary decision making quality or the single aggregation of economic power characteristic of independent action" and that their “general corporate actions are guided or determined” by “separate corporate consciousnesses...whose “objectives are” not “common.” "Now, if we can just get to see the Rs & Ds correctly..."
