Definitely worth the close read. Our best case with this administration was total grid-lock followed by total anti-incumbency. One out of two ain't so bad. Now, hopefully the lack of a clear Republican message will drive the slowly awakening hordes into the arms of a third party or else completely independent, relative newcomers. I guess there's even a chance that elections will be suspended. I would not count that out.
