It is problematic street gangs, other criminals and disparate Citizens in large cities would run amok breaking into homes and apartments killing Citizens, looting. It is unlikely Government/police  in big cities would search out, engage and arrest all the gangs and persons committing crimes. One can imagine government using gunship helicopters; bombs, poisonous gas and biological weapons to kill anyone broadly deemed an anarchist. There would not be enough prison space to house all the criminals. It is problematic Citizens not creating crimes would also be killed by government.
