A Louisville man is facing several charges after police said his cell phone had illegal applications loaded on it.
According to arrest records, 21-year-old Cory Todd was driving his vehicle while playing loud music audible from 50 feet away.
Police said when they stopped the vehicle, they found that Todd had active warrants.
Police said Todd consented to a search, and they found applications on his Motorola cell phone that allowed him to monitor police transmissions.
