"It's a big problem, and from the number of cases, it's something we
shouldn't ignore," Drug Enforcement Administration spokesman Lawrence
Payne told AOL News. "It's not that we set out to target cops, but when
we're in the middle of an active investigation into steroids, there
have been quite a few cases that have led back to police officers."

"There's tons of guys out there, tons of guys, on the fire department, on the police department, that are using," said Albert Smith, a Phoenix police officer suspended after testing positive for steroids on the job.
"My honest opinion? I don't believe they should be illegal," Smith said. "I think it's a personal decision. I'm not hurting anybody."

Is anyone surprised about this after watching a few YouTube videos of out of control cops? When is mandatory drug testing of all government employees going to start? You could start a political party on that premise: "The straight pig party."
