Garfield the cat discusses the spike in oil prices

I tried to explain the problem, but maybe Garfield can do a better job! "Scratch" that, Garfield can definitely do a better job. I am constrained by the facts as well as opinion whereas Garfield only has opinion to deal with. I had explained a week or so ago about how the United States currently has immense recoverable gas, oil and coal reserves in the ground. This information from a 2009 federal government report (story here). The question I asked at the time was why then do we depend on our enemies in the Middle East for this critical resource? Why don't we just tap into what we already have? I think Garfield has the answer! (Source unknown) GARFIELD ON THE OIL CRISIS
