Obama's 'Misery Index' now worse than Jimmy Carter's

It's official, President Barack Obama's "Misery Index" has now exceeded President Jimmy Carter's rate that peaked during 1980. Then Republican candidate, Ronald Reagan, used that index to pound home the malaise America had fallen into and leveraged the dissatisfaction it measured to ride an electoral and popular vote tidal wave into the Oval office.
