A proposed rule to the Freedom of Information Act would allow federal
agencies to tell people requesting certain law-enforcement or national
security documents that records don't exist—even when they do.
New trick but old news; the Government has been lieing to its citizen since at least the Mexican war.

It's about time! Being a professional liar is a prerequisite for employment in the federal bureaucracy. Enshrining prevarication in the law is only natural. Evil is good, ignorance is wisdom, work hard, obey the law, and you'll get ahead! And We have been led way too far down the hole to hell. When will Americans wise up in righteous anger? What part of "infringed" don't they understand?
