I kind of scratch my head on this one.   The attorney's make a lot of unsubstantiated claims.  A dangerous thing when an officer of the court and a member of a bar.  Some of the claims that must be substantiated because they would be so easy to demonstrate or disprove are troubling without an explanation and more detail.  'The judge allowed bullets to be switched...'
