Looking t the intellectual level of TSA Agents, It's understandable why a cupcake would pose as a possible threat. I would take at least 50 TSA Agents to reach a intellectual level of 100 being as the ONLY qualifications Homeland Security requires of one to get employed by them is a Number 2 Hat and a 44 coat
