I think Ernie would want it perfectly clear that among the first words out of his mouth at the FairTax rally (I think it was actually a Tea Party event) was, "I am not with these guys!" In fact, towards the end of the music video is the actual clip where he says that as he is rolling his arm back to point.  ;-)classic line
