Liberty Torch Political Consulting, LLC, “aims to change the outcome of elections around the country and get more freedom-loving candidates elected to office than ever before,” the firm said in a release. The team consists of seven individuals who have worked heavily with various past libertarian campaigns, including two with Paul family ties.

 

David Adams, who was the campaign manager for Rand Paul’s 2010 Senate campaign and for Phil Moffett’s 2011 campaign for governor of Kentucky, is the firm’s strategy adviser. Jonathan Bydlak, who was the fundraising director for Ron Paul’s 2008 presidential campaign, overseeing $35 million in contributions, is the fundraising adviser for the firm.
