Three years ago, an Air France flight attendant confessed to stealing jewelry, credit cards, cash, blank checks and traveler's checks from dozens of passengers during multiple overnight flights from Paris to Tokyo.

Reporting on the thefts, the travel blog NoDebtWorldTravel quickly collected half a dozen more tales of theft at 30,000 feet, mainly aboard U.S. domestic flights.
