An artist in the Cirque du Soleil production "Ka" was killed Saturday night after a fall from the show's stage at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Sun is reporting.

The Clark County Coroner's Office told the newspaper that Sarah Guyard-Guillot, 31, was pronounced dead at 11:43 p.m. Saturday at University Medical Center.

Guyard-Guillot, the mother of two children, was born in Paris and had spent more than 22 years as an acrobatic performer, the newspaper said.
