Judge Considers Adding Charges In Rested Zimmerman Trial

• CBS News
Prosecutors in George Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial want to ask jurors to consider lesser charges of third-degree murder and manslaughter.

Prosecutors said they would ask that the lesser charges be included as they hammer out of jury instructions on Thursday. Prosecutors are also seeking a child abuse charge against Zimmerman since Trayvon Martin was 17 at the time of his death.

Any truth to the rumor that Zimmerman's trial judge is related to Roland Freisler.

Mighty big fall from Second Degree Murder to angling for aggravated assault. How about amending the offer such that of an acquittal results, the prosecutor does the five years?

In other news, MCO prosecutors, chastened by the 9th Circuit, and bitch-slapped by the accused refusing a government-face-saving plea offer of 'time served', have announced that they are going for a second bite at the apple to kill Debra Milke dead, dead, dead.

These pus-oozing vermin truly have no shame.
