The attorney for the city of Union, William “Billy” Whitney Jr., 65,,
has been arrested after being accused of dismissing criminal defendants
in exchange for sexual favors. He was employed as a prosecuting
attorney for Union in 2011 and 2012 when the alleged misconduct
occurred.

Notice the words "arrested after being accused." Is he guilty? Perhaps. But he isn't guilty until after the trial finds him guilty.
As long as we, in our inner mind, consider him guilty, when the trial hasn't even begun yet...
The point is, we better be careful about judging anyone before the courts make the judgment. Why? Consider how you would feel if you were innocent, yet all the people around you considered you guilty. No wonder people in Government often disregard the law. We the People disregard it all the time, in our hearts. Of course, we have Big Media to help us.
