Aldershot, England was the site in September where Lauren Chapman, gave birth to Baby Sadie 16 weeks premature on her bathroom floor. At the time Sadie only weighed 500 grams, and her skin was completely translucent, according to Rushmore Firefighter Steve Fox.
Fox just happened to be driving by when Chapman's partner ran outside to flag down help.
When Fox entered the home he noticed Sadie breathing was erratic and immediately took command of the situation to save Sadies life. Fox reflected on the moment, ""I'm not the biggest man in the world, but my hands could cover her."
Baby Sadie was so tiny that when he performed CPR on her he had to use only his index finger to perform chest compressions.
With only a 20 percent chance of living doctors at the hospital said it was a miracle she survived after she was admitted.
Steve Fox is being heralded as the Firefighter who saved Baby Sadie.
