Did "Big Pharma" play a role in Robin Williams death?

Once again, another person being "treated for depression" does something horrific. How many times does this have to happen before people start to question... Is it the depression or the medication with listed side effects like suicide? Or both? Or neither?

Will we ever know what his medications actually were, or will there be a cover up?
