Elon Musk isn't exactly famous as a guy who takes his time and deliberates over things. Not only do Tesla and SpaceX consistently get things done in less time than it would take a traditional company to generate a report and propose an action plan, but Musk himself is known for having a twitchy Twitter finger, especially if someone or something is blocking his way to a goal.
