J6 Pipe Bomb Case Blowing Up After Capitol Police Officer Is Accused of Planting Explosives

• Kyle Serphin, Mike Benz and Attorney Robert Gouvei

Investigative journalist Steve Baker recently published a groundbreaking report on The Blaze claiming that former Capitol Police officer Shauni Kerkhoff is, according to gait analysis software, a 94% match for the person filmed planting pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC near the Capitol the night before the January 6 protest at the Capitol. Kash Patel and Dan Bongino at the FBI are slow-rolling a response. Mike Benz is urging the FBI to release 39,000 video files that it has been holding. The mainstream media is downplaying the new evidence.

The 5-year statute of limitations is quickly approaching.

Summary by JW WIlliams:

Investigative journalist Steve Baker recently published a groundbreaking report on The Blaze claiming that Shauni Rae Kerkhoff is, according to gait analysis software, a 94% match for the person filmed planting pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC near the Capitol the night before the January 6 protest at the Capitol. Kerkhoff was a Capitol Police officer who worked the next day at the Capitol on January 6; she was filmed shooting non-lethal weapon at the Trump supporters below. Months after the J6 event, Ms. Kerkhoff went to work for the CIA as "security detail."

Attorney Steve Bunnell, Kerkhoff's attorney, told the Washington Post that she "categorically denies" that she planted the pipe bombs. If the reporter's allegations are determined to be false, he could face a massive lawsuit.

There is a general 5-year statute of limitations for pipe bombs under federal law. However, the statute may be extended if the perpetrator lies about it and if a serious crime is involved. The statute is set to expire in a matter of weeks. Shauni Kerkhoff testified during the J6 prosecutions. According to AI, former President Biden issued pardons certain individuals involved in the January 6 Capitol attack, including members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee investigating the events of that day, as well as US Capitol police officers who testified before the committee.

Former FBI Director Chris Wray offered a $500,000 reward for  information leading to the arrest of the individual who planted pipe bombs near the Democratic and Republican National Committee headquarters on January 5, 2021. By offering the reward, the investigation has been opened to the public. Legal expert and former Trump State Department official Mike Benz is urging the FBI to release 39,000 video files that it has been holding. The video files that were released appeared to be manipulated with the eyes blurred of the person planting the devices and slow frames.
