The FBI and a grand jury in Albuquerque have been investigating whether CDR Financial Products, a Beverly Hills-based company, received a contract with the New Mexico Finance Authority because of pressure from Richardson or other state employees. CDR was paid $1.48 million for advising the authority on investment decisions in 2004.

The firm and its president, David Rubin, together gave $100,000 to Sí Se Puede and Moving America Forward, both PACs started by Richardson, shortly before winning the state contract.

A federal appeals court on Thursday upheld a $102 million judgment against the government for withholding evidence that could have cleared four men who spent decades in prison — including two who died there — for a murder they didn't commit.   "While we reject its finding that the government is liable for malicious prosecution, we uphold the court's alternate finding that the government is liable for intentional infliction of emotional distress," the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said.   The district court judge said FBI agents were trying to protect informants when they encouraged a witness to lie, then withheld evidence they knew could prove Limone and the three other men weren't involved in the Deegan killing.

Steven Strongin, Goldman's stock research chief, as saying these meetings did not give anyone an unfair advantage and the tips did not contradict research notes that carry predictions over a longer term.

Goldman's analysts talk about short-term developments around specific stocks during the meeting, called a "trading huddle," which is also attended by some of the firm's own traders, the Journal reported.

The practice started some two years ago, and since then the Wall Street firm has given ideas on hundreds of stocks

On July 1, a dozen citizens of Phoenix were arrested and charged with being members of the "Viper Militia." The next day, President Clinton stood on the White House lawn. saying. "I'd like to begin today by saluting the enforcement officers who made arrests in Arizona yesterday to avert a terrible terrorist attack." But as the indictments are made available to the public and more evidence about the Vipers' activities emerges, it is becoming increasingly clear that the Viper case is merely the government's latest assault on citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights.

If a true pandemic threatened humanity, the first line of defense would come would come from microbiologists, epidemiologists, infectious disease and bioterrorism experts. With this being the case, we should all be asking why are dozens of these professionals being murdered and dying under very suspicious circumstances in numbers which totally defy the laws of probabilities?

“It’s not too cool to be ridiculed But you brought this upon yourself The world is tired of pacifiers We want the truth and nothing else“ —Stevie Wonder What is the “Truth Movement?” What some contemporary writers and activists term the “Truth Movement” (loosely defined as those who search for truth behind government corruption) is actually an age-old phenomenon, which I refer to as the Generational Freedom Movement. I’ve written two parts of an ongoing series entitled “Heroes of the Generational Freedom Movement.” This series details, so far, two individuals I name heroes for their efforts to expose corruption. Namely: General George S Patton, and General Smedley Butler. They are both military men, but there is a reason I chose both. To read Part 1 click here. To read Part 2 click here. Throughout the generations, from Spartacus to the traditional Irish Republican resistance to the British Crown, there has been a spirit of rebellion against oppression inherent in the

Wall Street, under the command of the Goldman Conspiracy, can further consolidate power over the American people forever by making sure Congress and the President (no matter which party wins elections) passes other new laws: Kill the proposed Consumer Financial Protection Agency. Kill "public option" competition in the health-care reform. Kill all efforts to revive Glass-Steagall. Pass a "cap and trade" law so Wall Street can start gambling trillions in a new derivatives bubble. Pass laws to guarantee Wall Street's "too-stupid-to-fail" big banks unlimited access to taxpayer funds in the future, as they've enjoyed since October. Final comment: More demands will naturally follow to empower this banana republic dictatorship disguised as the new "American Socialism."

A veteran Air Force mechanic called to help clean up the Sept. 11, 2001 explosion at the Pentagon says the U.S. government’s blaming a plane for the damage makes no sense. The evidence was staged, he said.

He agreed to a face-to-face interview with AFP on condition he not be identified for obvious reasons: the Air Force would punish him severely (the same military harshness that gagged survivors of the 1967 USS Liberty attack for many years).

The airman, a tech sergeant, is richly experienced in hazardous waste cleanup, having been deployed twice to Afghanistan in the first Persian Gulf war under President Bush the Elder and, later, under George the Younger. He has 17 years of Air Force service.

The scene at the Pentagon “doesn’t look right,” the airman said. “There was only a piece of engine and sections of landing gear on the ground. It was like they were placed there. Where were the wings? Tail section? We expected to find a lot of deb

Armed with a brand new batch of clever inventions and one eye-popping scale model, the intrepid team of Mythbusters decided to test a 911conspiracy theory, that the WTC towers collapsed by controlled demolition.

"We wanted to prove the conspiracy wackos wrong," said the intrepid duo, Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage. "And of course score some big bucks by blowing things up."

According to the New York Times, Mythbusters "may be the best science program on television." Throughout scores of entertaining episodes, the dynamic duo of Savage and Hyneman patiently construct scale models and then smash them, crush them, burn them or blow them up.

"Or blow them down," said Savage, cracking a grin. "All in the name of science."

According to millions of 911 conspiracy theorists, who believe the World Trade Towers collapsed by carefully rigged explosives, the govern&a

Take a look at the following propaganda video on the 40th anniversary of the "landing on the Moon".  There are GLARING photographic errors in the pictures of the supposed lunar landing the "landing on the Moon".  These issues are blatant PROOF that the whole thing was staged.  You will clearly see at .49, 1:10, 1:56 the shadows are going completely different directions.   The picture at 2:00 there is no shadow for the flag.  These inconsistencies are proof the whole thing was staged.

When there is a discrepancy between photographic evidence and first hand evidence the side would always be taken with the photographic evidence.  People can lie or exaggerate the truth.  On the moon there would only be ONE and only ONE source of Light, Period. Finito.  The official report says there were no extra lights carried on the mission.  Therefore

It captivated millions of people around the world for eight days in the summer of 1969. It brought glory to the embattled U.S. space program and inspired beliefs that anything was possible.   It's arguably the greatest technological feat of the 20th century.  And to some, it was all a lie.

Forty years after Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin set foot on the moon, a small cult of conspiracy theorists maintains the historic event -- and the five subsequent Apollo moon landings -- were staged. These people believe NASA fabricated the landings to trump their Soviet rivals and fulfill President Kennedy's goal of ferrying humans safely to and from the moon by the end of the 1960s.

"I do know the moon landings were faked," said crusading filmmaker Bart Sibrel, whose aggressive interview tactics once provoked Aldrin to punch him in the face. "I'd bet my life on it."

Sibrel may seem crazy, but he has company. A 1999 Gall

“One theme here is that Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan really have emerged as the winners, as the last of the survivors,” said Robert Reich.  Both banks now stand astride post-bailout Wall Street, having benefited from billions of dollars in taxpayer support and cheap government financing to climb over banks that continue to struggle. They are capitalizing on the turmoil in financial markets and their rivals’ weakness to pull in billions in trading profits.

Obama's Food Safety Working Group admits that the pathogens in the food supply have nothing to do with animals on the farm, only slaughterhouse practices and beyond. This is extremely important as it is a complete admission of another motive behind NAIS.
Quote: Animal Identification is not a food safety issue. Instead, it is a disease surveillance issue. It can be used as a tool in traceability, but the distinction must be made that pathogens in animals on the farm are not necessarily the same pathogens as those found in meat. (breakout listening sessions notes No. 2 Question 4)
The USDA has a long history of using regulations to protect Big Ag, instead of consumers and small producers. President Obama appointed Tom Vilsack, the "biotechnology governor of the year," as Secretary of Agriculture. Obama also appointed Monsanto’s Michael Taylor to head the new Food Safety Working Group.
