(I got the following email just now from a Reader of FreedomsPhoenix. I went to the online poll and voted for Ron Paul. The text over Ron Paul's picture said "SPAMMER" after I submitted my vote and I don't remember ever hearing about this poll before and I sure as heck never participated in their poll before. Sooo, another poll with no credibility.)
Ernie,
When you point on the
picture with Ron Paul on it, the word "Spammer" appears. Someone should get the
email of this polling company so we can complain. I'd do it myself if I didn't
have to work right this second. I also think the poll might be fixed, last night
I saw 362 votes for Ron Paul, now it is down to 161.

1 Comments in Response to 2008HorseRace.com displays "SPAMMER" over Ron Paul when you vote for him
I just went to the site mentioned, and this is now what is posted at the bottom of the page (which is the only place you find Ron's name anywhere except the odds '99 to 1' at the top):
"Ron Paul Waits for Spaceship Home
73 year old horse's ass will take cult followers to distant planet... In response to ongoing spam attacks and thuggish intimidation tactics racetrack officials issued a ruling banning Ron Paul and Ron Paul's entire barn workforce from the racetrack indefinitely. All prior and future wagers placed on Ron Paul were declared invalid and deleted from the toteboard. Ron Paul supporters and their actions have been declared irrelevant to the 2008 election race. A large flying saucer will soon arrive to take Ron Paul and his most faithful anti-Semitic devotees to Ron Paul's home planet of Xanadix 4."
In searching for e-mail addresses for this site, I found the following at:

On April 9th, 2007 Gabe Johnson says:
The owner of the 2008HorseRace.com website is a man named James Hall.
His e-mail address is either patobrien3@juno.com or jimhall@lightlens.com.
His fax number is 626-285-9669.
He has posted some very hurtful things about Mr Paul, and his supporters (http://vote.sparklit.com/popup_poll/999583).
Take a minute to let him know what you think of him.
