Perhaps when this article was written, Mr. Jason Shelton 4409 did not realize that ALL racketeers caught up in the money laundering system (Iran contras graduating all the way down to money laundering through real estate fraud) could be attached to a police officers actions in Kennedy's 1961 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO").  Once he realized that anyone in the RICO system (Mormons included like Pearce)  would be attached to a police officer's actions and be accountable for them financially in front of a jury if tied to the RICO "beast", seems he changed his tune?  And infiltrated my life to sabotage my RICO case against the City of Tempe Police Department????  The first day I met Shelton at the Breakfast club, he challenged me about my ability to require the parties to have separate representation.  Then he now discredits me knowing that the RICO syndicate murdered my father while exposing their Real Estate Money laundering scams and thievery in our courts to this day as the Beast owns the courts as well.  

 My private investigator friend Steve L. Doran shared with me how automobile sales are often a part of these money laundering scams.  If Camerafraud.com is working for Redflex or in anyway controlled by one of its benefactors, such as Mormon.org whom I have seen 4409's site advertise for... well, I have to wonder who the real 4409 is.  He certainly went out of his way to try to destroy and discredit me.  And for what?  Because for once maybe he is the object of scrutiny rather than the scrutinizer?  My investigator friend also found Renee Houlihan is going by as many as nine aliases, Myrtle Valdez being one of them as age "33" and has at least two addresses attached to her name that are invalid (no such street number) showing as current.  That certainly would explain the way that she targeted me from day one and the way that my Facebook account began by one of these racketeers and not by my hand and how immediately following my first Breakfast club meeting how my Facebook account was hacked into from Burbank, CA, the newest Redflex location.  Just speculating folks.

Anyone attached to the RICO animal can be included in a lawsuit and held accountable for the police participation in Qui Tam or simple RICO if they are part of the harassment or disparagement campaigns that are now borderline legal under the 9/11 Patriot Act.   Cointelpro of the 1970s was considered unAmerican.  The patriot act made it legal and part of every day life against thousands upon thousands of innocent Americans blowing the whistle such as myself against these corrupt corporate entities that are tied to gov. profiteering.   If you do not know what this means, google the word "gang-stalking" and you would open yourself to a whole new world and look differently at those who attached labels to people behind their backs and perform street theatre in groups such as the Breakfast Club to control the herd in these activist groups while acting as an authority.  Quite Leninist actually, in that in order to control the opposition, one must LEAD THE OPPOSITION.
