Perhaps when this article was written, Mr. Jason Shelton 4409 did not realize that ALL racketeers caught up in the money laundering system (Iran contras graduating all the way down to money laundering through real estate fraud) could be attached to a police officers actions in Kennedy's 1961 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO").  Once he realized that anyone in the RICO system (Mormons included like Pearce)  would be attached to a police officer's actions and be accountable for them financially in front of a jury if tied to the RICO "beast", seems he changed his tune?  And infiltrated my life to sabotage my RICO case against the City of Tempe Police Department????  The first day I met Shelton at the Breakfast club, he challenged me about my ability to require the parties to have separate representation.  Then he now discredits me knowing that the RICO syndicate murdered my father while exposing their Real Estate Money laundering scams and thievery in our courts to this day as the Beast owns the courts as well.
