Jury Nullification Billboard Debuts To Educate Valley Residents Of Jurors' Secret Power

Besides, the easiest way out of being on a jury (at least these days) is to announce that you are all in favor of jury nullification.
Prime location. Will warm the hearts of the US Federal Court, The Maricopa Co. Courthouse Complex and the City of Phoenix Municipal Court. And at least one JP operates their court out of the Muni court building. That is a lot of happy judges. But more interesting, the AZ Supreme Court used to acknowledge FIJA. But in the 80's Rule 20, told judge they did not have to inform a jury of their right to judge the law as well as the facts. That was quietly dropped at some point since it is an acknowledgement of a right they now insist never existed.
