The title is wrong. Government didn’t rule the pond illegal. Rather, some Government people ruled the pond illegal and said that government did so. Without knowing the deep details, it is difficult to know if the Careys violated a contract or not. Violating a contract or injuring a man or woman are the only two ways that the Careys might have done something wrong. There are several things the Careys can do. See below.

There are several things the Careys can do. Hiring an attorney in the standard way is NOT one of them. Hiring an attorney like this, makes one a client of the attorney. One who is a client of an attorney is considered a ward of the court, a minor with regard to the court, an infant in the eyes of the court. Rather, find an attorney who is willing to be co-counsel only. The Careys would speak for themselves in court. The attorney would only advise them as to how to speak in some things. Next, below.

When a complaint is filed against you by Government, especially if you have time, rather than operate within the complaint by filing motions, etc., file a claim within their complaint. The claim might look like this: a) I, [a] [wo]man, (your name), gave no entity, known as the STATE OF (OREGON), the right to administrate my property; b) I say that the property described on schedule A is my property; c) I say that no man or woman will make a claim saying that my claim is untrue; d) I want my property to remain under my complete control without the STATE OF (OREGON); e) I will charge trespassers on my property ($10,000 per day) every day they are on my property. What bloody "World" are you talking about?!? A third of *this* world doesn't even have electricity, and near half of it doesn't have internet access AT ALL. And data plans in the most of the 2nd and 3rd "Worlds" are hardly unlimited AND quite expensive. Because the insurance companies (who fund the law-makers) don't like competition; they get rid of as much of it as they can." That's one point of view. Here's an opposite one. Several years ago, we actually had a state bill pending to allow residents to buy out of state health insurance. Guess who jumped up to oppose it? Not the insurance companies. It was rent-seeking pressure groups of patients with rare/orphan maladies, who had succeeded in lobbying past legislatures to make coverage for their conditions mandatory in any policy sold by an in-state insurer. Since they could not afford treatment for their diseases, they lobbied the politicians to pass their bills off on the rest of us. (cont'd)

Forgiveness not necessary. Wait until it goes to court. Then, file a claim right in the case, that requires the man or woman who has been harmed or damaged to get on the stand and show the damage done. Require that the plaintiff be this man or woman. Government can't get on the stand. An attorney can't speak for Government if it's a claim inside a complaint. Case dismissed.

Yes, but! Chemtrail dust getting in everywhere. This house needs an airlock where people entering must scrub down and change clothes, just like all those "radiation" movies. Their old clothes would be burned, and the room thoroughly scoured after they went on in to put on new duds. Of course, there would have to be 100% outside-to-inside air filtration. - Look at all the new housing projects going up in the rich areas around Phoenix. To the judge: Is it not true that for any statement to be deemed admissible evidence, it has to be under oath or affirmation? The judge will answer: yes. Ron Paul is good at showing us the hypocrisy of Trump. But, what about Ron Paul's hypocrisy? Remember, he's a politician, as well. Consider the recent jury verdict in the Oregon/Bundy brothers debacle. If Ron Paul was honest, he would promote the Preamble, and the 6th, 7th, and 9th Amendments in concert. Why? The POTUS like other governors is constitutionally sworn to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. That can happen in several ways regarding an unjust and very harmful law. 1) The law can be so enforced that the people force a change in the law. 2) The POTUS and the state governors can issue a broad grant of pardon upon the virtue of parole oath. 3) both 1) and 2) should be done at the same time.

The list is somewhat incomplete. The title of the article uses the words "Active Patriot Groups." Then the article says in its first line "extreme antigovernment groups." When we understand that our government is a "government of the people, by the people, for the people," we see that the corrupt American BAR Association that has usurped power in the courts, and allows and causes unjust court decisions daily, is possibly the greatest extreme antigovernment group in the nation.
