The answer is to file a claim, for damages, right inside the Government's complaint. File the claim against both: the name on the indictment against them, and the man/woman who signs the indictment, human to human, and the bond of that(those) human(s) - man-to-man. The claim is for money for wasting their time, and hardship damages. Make the money amount at least as great a the value of the damages and potential damages Government is seeking. Start advertising jury nullification. If Government withdraws their case, start a new one against the humans who messed with them, for the same things.

Did you ever hear of copyrighting your name? Copyright all forms of your name that you use. The 4th Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” Notice the word “persons.” It is plural. This is because you have more than one person. You may have many. In fact, every time you sign a contract or agreement you have a new person unless you state otherwise. From now on, make a distinction between all your persons by following their names with a comma, space, and an acronym for which you have recorded the meaning. CONTINUED BELOW.

CONTINUED FROM ABOVE. Time to make a distinction between your persons. The name on your drivers license is not you. It is one of your persons. The name on each of your bank accounts is not you. It is one of your persons. And every bank account name is a different person. But if you don’t know it, “they” will treat all your persons as though they were you. However, when they mess with one of your persons, they are messing with your private property. Take them to court, man-to-man (not man-to-Government-office), for messing with your property without permission - trespassing. Sue their bond along with suing them as a man/woman.

If 5% of the people used the 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th Amendments to abolish the acts of Government regarding themselves, Government abolishment would become an easy process for the rest of the people any time they wanted. Then there would be no more taxation, and the Government would dump down to a tiny bureaucracy, until the time that they were needed by the people to organize a military (again; the military would be forced out of business because of no taxation) for protection from other nations.

In one breath WJL praises Robert E Lee for stating "furl up the flags" and in the next breath WJL advocates removing Lee's statue. EARNEST, PLEASE; bring on Michael Gaddy, a true historian who has read the record as written by the people that were actually there while TSHTF. link text WJL does nothing more than create controversy in order to gain attention to himself, he probably voted for Trump just to increase his chances of having an "adversary". If Hillary had won, there would be no threat of war. Rather, the US would shrink further and further into obscurity. Then, at some time in the future, say 20 or 30 years, the war would come, and it would be far more devastating than a relatively little war now. Trump's way we might get the war while it will still be a reasonably little thing. We might not even get the war this way. Things might change so entirely that war will be completely avoided. It depends on how long Trump and others like him remain in office.

Trump is doing good and bad in this area. The good he is doing is letting citizens get on with life. The bad he is doing is making citizenship seem like an okay thing, and hiding the fact that a citizen has little power when compared to a man or woman. If Trump were not an empire builder, but was for the people, he would show them how they have the right to do anything including putting Government down, as men and women. Amendments 6, 7, 9, and 10.

However, included in the crookedness of the bankers is the rapid advance of progress in the States. How? For example. How much money does it take to build a system of highways like we have today? Way more than exists. By allowing the banks to carefully make more money than exists, and then letting people and Government borrow it, we can have the progress now, rather than after many years into the future. The disadvantage is that at some point we are going to have to shut down the banks in order to keep them from owning everything.

A citizen might not have right, but a man or woman might. If there is damage or threat to the man or woman, or their property, there is no Government reduction of the rights of the man or woman. People are way above citizens in class. People are the highest form of Government in the land. Citizens are paper-backed entities. We all dabble in being citizens at some point in out lives. But if we stand as men and women, Government has no authority over us. If we as men and women demand a jury trial, the jury must be made up of men and women, not citizens. Amendments 6, 7, 9, and 10.

There isn't any personal debt. There is only treachery in loan wording. When a person signs a piece of paper to get a loan, do you think the lender is stupid enough to give the loan without something to back it? The fact that the lender gives the loan shows that there is value in the piece of paper with the signature on it. So, it really isn't a loan. It is simply a trade, one form of value for another. No real personal loans out there. All a bunch of messing with the minds of people to get rich off their labor.

Time for us to realize that, like as Russia hasn't changed its goals from the Stalin days, but only its methods, even so Germany hasn't changed ITS goals from the Hitler days, only ITS methods. Hitler wanted to conquer the world starting with Europe. Germany did it with the European Union. Russia is uniting the Arabs under Russia far better than Stalin did. The Government took a big gamble handing out student loans, especially in these later years. The gamble wasn’t that many of the students might not be able to repay. The gamble was that the student’s wouldn’t find out how to beat Government in court, rather easily. In every case where someone takes another to court, the accuser must get on the stand and testify how he was harmed or damaged. The exception is when the accused doesn’t require it. I don't truely understand the problem with the American flag, especially with this cemetery. I mean they fight for the country so they had represented it for a moment of their lives and in my opinion, bringing a flag is like showing the country is thanksful. I work in funeral and do memorial plaque, and when there is a dead soldier the family ( or friends ) ask for a flag. I do think it is understandable. Isn't the movie industry using this technology to bring dead actors back to life, by printing out photos of them in whatever movie they want? Just think what it will be like when crooks get good at covertly photographing an average citizen, and then 3D printing a "citizen mask" they can wear to mess up the Instant Facial Recognition cameras.

Require a court of record. Require the plaintiff to take the oath/affirmation and get on the stand. Require the plaintiff to show how he was injured, and to show the injury. Require the witnesses and evidence. --- Oops. Can't do any of the above, because when you hire an attorney, you become a ward of the court. This means that anything you say doesn't have any meaning except that the judge and the attorney allow it. And, the attorney's first allegiance is to the court, not to you his client.
