Some entries, which our regular editors consider too vulgar -- according to their standards, may be tagged "Crude or Lewd" so the faint-of-mind folks don't have to view them, but everyone can use the link on the right-hand column to decide for themselves whether to show those entries or not.

Tariffs totally ARE the answer. But it should be import tariffs on almost everything imported, and the tariffs should be implemented slowly to allow the country to adapt safely. The result will be the ability to remove personal/direct IRS income taxes entirely. Jobs will come back home, ingenuity will abound to make up for loss of certain materials that we don't have at home, reducing IRS size will reduce a whole bunch of Government spending in IRS areas as well as others. Ron Paul is great, but he is also a politician, somewhat in favor of Government.

Samsung is the best company and provides help through services and they make many products like TV, Mobiles, etc. I have a website which is useful for the users who want to understand the issues while using emails and then trying to solve that error through Gmail Customer Service. https://mailhelp.net/

Paul J Hansen has won 250 court cases in a row by asking a few simple and easy questions, what did I do, say, or sign that gives you jurisdiction over me? Do you have any evidence I ever elected to be a US citizen? Do you have any evidence that I was on land owned by united states? They lose personal jurisdiction if you have no oath of allegiance on the record, that's the only way to become a US citizen, it's by oath of allegiance (title 8), they can apply us code to you if you are on their land, so make them prove you are in city, county, or state, your address is just what the mailman tells you to put on the letters to receive mail but it is "without United States," look at all the illegal aliens driving around with no license and getting away with it, wonder why? They aren't US citizens! There are sanctuary cities everywhere illegals need no license if you have one of them in your state that's your lawful excuse, for equal protection of the law.

Why was this dropped in the first place? Because it could be made to work so well that we could drop all the expensive, standard nuclear reactors, power plants, and even get rid of big oil.

Government is government, even if it is church government. The more the authority, the more the intentional abuse of authority. That's the way mankind is. But consider the great, often-hidden evils done by people in the American governments.

Sent to prison for not going to a court of record, in common law, and facing his accusers person-to-person.

This understanding of Waco is not entirely correct. Waco was really two groups of militant people against each other, both acting outside of the parameters of American authority, law, and rightness. It also was the militant will of David Koresh against the militant will of Janet Reno. If the Waco people had used the remedies found in the common law to go person-to-person at a Court of Record against Janet or others who were going against them illegally, the Waco disaster could have been averted. As it was, Waco people went against the U.S. illegally and unlawfully.

What a raft of horsepucky. The 13 Japanese steps are almost word for word what was required to obtain a gun in Massachusetts from 1980-2000. There was still orders of magnitude more "gun crime" in Massachusetts than Japan, every bit of it committed by people who never bothered with ANY of those steps because they simply got their weapon "outside" the official chain of commerce (usually by stealing it, often from police sources).

Actually, this form of socialism might be a good thing. If enough people want it, we might get it. Anybody who doesn't want to pay taxes to this socialism, can do it using common law and a court of record. A universal basic income means that true libertarians, who would rather work their own business, without supporting some form of socialism, will have to work extremely hard to stay afloat. Then, after socialism fails, these libertarians will be the only ones who will know how to run a business in hard times. They will be king. Everybody else will have to buy from them.

LOL, after my rant Stitcher placed DYI back onto my favorites list. I'm not sure what to think about that. Anyway, take care. Steve Watkins

Last night in my tired condition I must have failed to articulate that Stitcher removed 'Declare Your Independence' from my favorites list altogether. I'm not talking about updated podcasts, I'm talking about the removal of DYI altogether from my favorites list. Anyway I thought you might be interested in hearing that. BTW, I love your show, I've been listening to DYI for many years now and it has influenced my family and me in many positive ways. I thank you and others like you for everything you are doing, the podcasts are convenient to listen to at work. Take care. Steve Watkins

About 2 weeks Stitcher kicked 'Declare Your Independence' from my favorite podcasts and I can't seem find it anymore on that site anymore. I'm not sure if this is related.

Consider Ephesians 4:10: "He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe." Jesus didn't ascent so that the universe filled Him like water fills a pitcher. He ascended like one who is taking control of everything. The miracles Jesus did in His walk on earth, are simply being applied, for us, to the universe. Notice that after Jesus arose from the dead, He didn't talk to everyone. Rather, he talked to the people who were His believers. So, turn and accept Him, so that you can understand what He is saying in the Bible.

I am not in favor of cops, necessarily, at all. But consider. There were many, many cops that worked to save the kids, while these four stood outside. The big BUT is, these were county cops. County cops are generally required to stay our of the way in city problems, unless invited by the city to help. In other words, there were plenty of city cops around, and these county guys were not invited or authorized, and standard policy is that they stay out. The decision to break policy is a difficult one for a cop, especially in the face of all those city cops that responded.

Blaming the right to bear arms for the shooting at Fl.? What I have gathered so far. It was a failure to act from the local school and finally to the FBI. The school could have had the student arrested long before the shooting for threating others with a knife (a felony under Fl. Law) but their do not arrest the student policies came first. When informed that the student had threatened to shoot up the school they did nothing about it. The Sheriff deputy’s paid over 30+ visits to his home and didn’t put this guy under a ATF do not sell list. Add the FBI that failure to do squat when reported to them. Once the shooting started, 4 deputies’ fails to go in. Only cower behind their cars until officers from a nearby town came and entered the school with newly arrived officers. Shooter almost got away, but the out of town officer saw a guy who meet the description and stopped him. MSNBC ignores all of this

Placed the blame on the NRA, gun owners, and the politicians!

Let me say again about blockchain technology. Bitcoin does one thing. It transfers a number. If you have 15 (bitcoins), and someone else has 10 (bitcoins), you can transfer 1 (of your bitcoins) to that person. You can do it safely, reasonably privately, and securely. - Once someone figure out how to embed identification numbers into the blockchain so that they can be transferred without changing the number, all we need then to transfer ownership of property is to transfer the blockchain ID#. Consider a car VIN. Embed it into the blockchain with you as owner, embedded for all time, and transfer it in such a way that that the holder is the only one who has that number listed to him in the blockchain. When this happens, banking and Government will totally change.

The answer is simple. We need more money spent for something, simply to keep the Federal Reserve money Ponzi alive, so that America isn't destroyed economically. Borrowing more money from the Fed is the way, just as it always has been. Borrow more.

Wrong! From http://ericmetaxas.com/media/articles/science-increasingly-makes-case-god/: "Today there are more than 200 known parameters necessary for a planet to support life—every single one of which must be perfectly met, or the whole thing falls apart. Without a massive planet like Jupiter nearby, whose gravity will draw away asteroids, a thousand times as many would hit Earth’s surface. The odds against life in the universe are simply astonishing. --- In other words, the odds turned against any planet in the universe supporting life, including this one. Probability said that even we shouldn’t be here."

You are just about the only consistently thorough going Trump critic who is rational and a supporter of the Constitution. Our President's position during the last few days regarding not only on bump stocks but also unconstitutional background checks and NICS, which should be nixed, is wrong and we should oppose it vehemently even if we are not as harsh at evaluating his character as you are. The promotion of government meddling in mental health is even more troubling. As I am sure you know, "friends" who are lost for such reasons are not really friends. Also, having observed your activities for over a decade I am sure that you will not deviate from your beliefs and principles. If President Trump follows through on this dangerous path it may become intellectually necessary to accept your views a lot more thoroughly. I hope that you are wrong. I fear that you may be right.
