Exactly. But it goes much deeper. For example. Let’s say you have 200 families living on 5 square miles of land. All they are is good neighbors. There is no government, because they are good people, and have no need for formal government. Now, lets say that members of 20 of these families get together and want to form a government. They talk 20 more families into it, and the 40 families form the government. Ten more families join, and they start taxation of the whole group. The other 50 families weren’t even interested enough to realize what was happening. But members of the 50 government families force all the families to take part in the taxation. Isn’t this stealing by governmental action? Isn’t this exactly what government does today? Make the whole government voluntary, and if there are benefits that someone wants, make him pay for them. But leave the rest of the people alone and don’t tax them.

When was the last time we were allowed to cast a vote for a constitutional mensch? Honest men rarely conquer the political ladder, itself grounded in lies and self-interest... and when one (like Ron Paul) manages to approach the top anyway, our "allies" work extra hard to ensure he is never nominated and we are never given the chance to choose him. Trump won because he was rich enough to end-run the necessity of having the support of our "allies." He was not a great choice by a long shot, and yet he was still head and shoulders above all the alternatives. I don't have to be happy with him to know I would have been much less happy otherwise. And I'm not stupid enough to think that either of the two major parties will ever nominate a constitutionalist.

How do you do the court stuff in the below comment? You have the right in a court case against you, to file motions into the case, via the Court Clerk. File a claim rather than a motion. Actually state, "I, 'a' man, Pete Johnson, claim that no man or woman will get on the stand, show an injury, and prove that I was the one who caused any such injury." Your claim has to be heard before the complaint against you. Since the U.S. of A. or the particular State is often the one listed on the indictment, and since you as a man have the right to face your accuser, your accuser on the indictment will not be able to take the oath or affirmation, get on the stand, and state anything. Why not. It is just paperwork, and these pieces of paper can't do anything, let alone get on the stand.

The computer AI algorithms didn't beat the human teams. It was simply other human teams that beat the human teams, by reprogramming the computer. - Law is similar. It isn't defendants getting beaten in court. It is the court officials "reprogramming" the court into tricking the man or woman into thinking he/she is a defendant. If you want to be beaten, become the defendant that the courts ask you to be. If you want to at least stand a chance of winning, stand as a man or woman, not as the defendant.

The Supreme Court is required to uphold all the Amendments to the Constitution, until they are repealed. The tricks lie in the way the paperwork is written, whether or not it states that the named person is a person or a man/woman, and if the person is a citizen or not - the only way a man or woman can become a U.S. citizen is by taking on the characterization of a person, an artificial entity. No man or woman can become a U.S. citizen and remain a man or woman. All people are accepted as citizens when they act as a person, an artificial entity. Why? Because the U.S. Government is an artificial entity. It is not a living, breathing entity until a man or woman acts a part that is stated in the Constitution or the Amendments. And then it is the man or woman doing it, not the Constitution or Amendments.

If you sign paperwork stating that you are their person, you might get rapid reunion with kids. But you almost certainly will not get the happy ending you were looking for until you stand as a man/woman, and revoke your signature off this paperwork, or until you file other paperwork stating that you were only signing on behalf of a fictitious person that does not really exist.

Read the below, and realize that if the court paperwork calls you a man/woman, in the format "Hosea Gomez, a man...", then you are not a person. And even if they call you a man or woman, they have to clarify that you are the man or woman they are talking about. But they won't do this, because in the States, a man or woman has great power. Rather, the courts will try to get you to be a person, not a man or woman, because they have more authority over a person. But they still have to clarify which person they are talking about, one of your persons, or one that they created. Read the below, and take a look at what is going on. For example. Hosea Gomez, a man, walks across a piece of public land that some people call the border. Some men, who are acting Border Patrol Agents, grab him and determine that his name is Hosea Gomez. The authorities write up some paperwork with the name, Hosea Gomez, on it, stating that the man is a person. Hosea Gomez attempts to file paperwork in a Federal District Court that, he, a man, was harmed by some men (acting as Border Patrol). The courts confuse the issue by stating that the person, Hosea Gomez, cannot file paperwork in the court because he is not a citizen. So, they won’t let the man, Hosea Gomez, file the paperwork, even though the law and Amendments state that a man CAN file paperwork. Is Hosea Gomez the fictitious person that the courts and Border Patrol made up? Or is he a man? (Continued below.)

Hosea Gomez, signs a power of attorney over to a man who is considered a U.S. citizen (a person), even though this person is a man. This man files the paperwork on behalf of Hosea Gomez, stating that Hosea Gomez is a man. There ensues a court battle wherein the courts try to hide the fact that Hosea Gomez is a man, and not the fictitious person that they have written on their paperwork. - Are your freedoms being eroded? This is why. You are a man or a woman. You are not a person except if you consent that you are. You might, indeed have many paperwork persons. And the courts might apply other paperwork persons to you. But, you are not these if you don’t want to be. You are a man/woman.

Is this some kind of joke or propaganda? Baby Boomers dutifully saved for their retirements. Then, in order to avoid paying Baby Boomers their retirements bankers manipulated interest rates to near zero for the exact ten years that Baby Boomers would otherwise have been collecting interest on their savings. During that time government fleeced the $520 trillion that would have paid for those retirements by simply taking the money "off book" in the largest embezzlement scheme in history (see Catherine Austin Fitts, The Solari Report). Baby Boomers made America. Collectivist Bankers and government with "central planning" destroyed it.

Actually, it's a segment of baby boomers who are SAVING America. With all the abortion, war-making, and countrywide evil that abounds, the only reason why God hasn't destroyed America long ago is, God is maintaining His faithful baby boomers, and pre-baby boomers. Today's people are not nearly as faithful to God as the faithful baby boomers. When the baby boomers are all gone, there will be no reason for God to continue saving the country anymore. That’s not mismanagement. Rather, it’s freedom. All anybody has to do is, get a group together and get into government, and then organize things in a better way. Then raise property taxes to pay for it all. This will make the free people pay more while giving them something they don’t really care about anyway. I mean, if they cared about progress-like-Phoenix, they would have raised their own taxes already. So, get government to steal more from the sheep who don’t know how to use common law private property rights to protect themselves from taxes. Become a wolf in sheep's clothing, and gain for yourself and Tucson a bunch of accolades from the wealthy.

Wonder if they jury would be so forgiving if it were 5 Trump supporters on 1 liberal? I suspect not. But I will admit surprise that the DA would even consider bringing this to court when in the past trump supporters were attacked in front of cameras and police and nothing was done to stop it or bring the violators to justice.....I guess cases like this is why....

Trump is in the process of reducing taxes and regulations. This means that we will be able to produce all those things that China can't afford to send us, more easily and cheaply at home. Jobs will come back to America. Big companies that outsourced to other countries will fold if they don't move back and hire Americans. Import tax money that we DO get will make up for reduced income taxes at home. Finally, our better workmanship ingenuity will out-pace foreign countries, and we will make a lot of money off exports (but this will happen a few years down the road). If there happens to be something we can't produce at home because some important "ingredient" is only found overseas, this will spark new invention processes to make the item without that ingredient. This will make us even more capable in our ingenuity and manufacturing. Import taxes is the thing that is making America great again.

Remember the Nuremberg trials? Hitler’s “soldiers” who followed Hitler’s commands to harm people without cause, were not found innocent by reason of following orders. How much more the TSA people when they harm other people even though it is their job! Sue them as people, not as TSA agents. After all, the TSA couldn’t do anything without people. The TSA is just a bunch of paperwork without people. And how in the world do you sue a bunch of paperwork? Same as Hitler’s orders without people acting as “soldiers” to follow his orders is just paperwork, even so TSA acts are done by people acting as TSA “soldiers.” Sue the people who act as TSA agents sometimes, and the people who act as judges in the courts sometimes, if necessary. After all, it isn’t the TSA or the Judges that harm you. It is people who harm you.

This whole question is irrelevant. In secession, where is the corpus delicti? The 9th Amendment guarantees our personal secession - because all rights that we ever had, even before Government came about, are still there. Government has no authority, by its own writings, to limit any of our rights, but we have to demand our rights in the right way, as a man/woman. The 10th Amendment bars the Federal Government to go outside of its own Constitution regarding the States and the people. The Supremacy Clause does nothing other than uphold the Constitution, which grants freedom to the people and the States in the 9th and 10 Amendments. Don't secede. Vacate. Because vacating is essentially written in through the 9th and 10th Amendments.

Any time anyone in the Government corporation wants to go after Trump the President, he has to do it according to the ways that the U.S. corporation allows. - Any time anybody wants to go after Trump the man, he has to do it in ways the common law allows - a jury trial, and the things that make up a lawful claim. - Did Trump hurt you? Did he damage your property? Do you have a contract with him where he signed on the line? File a claim against him, man to man, in your local Federal District Court (which sometimes is part of your local U.S. District Court). - Have been injured by any legal law without cause (where you injured a man or woman)? File a claim against the governmental man/woman who is using the legal law to injure you, and get relief for your injury.

We desperately need a 25 cent deposit-return law to get a 99 percent return on all glass, plastic and metal containers. We're running out of resources. However, 20 to 30 percent Americans don't give a crap. And, with our endless multiculturalism, we've got millions who toss everything as a matter of their cultures. I've bicycled across the USA 12 times coast to coast to see millions of dumps, autos, motor homes and more trash than can be imagined. Americans have trashed this continent beyond understanding in 150 years. It will take Mother Nature a billion years to decay the debris and refuse. Pretty sickening and pathetic.
