Welcome to the Freedom Forum of Freedom's Phoenix!

Freedom reigns here like the days of the old Wild West! We have no corporate or government censors to tell you what you can and cannot say in our public forums. We encourage everyone to keep a civil tongue, but you are free to express your opinions no matter what your perspective is on any subject -- just be prepared for someone else to have an entirely opposite view and tell the world you don't know what you are talking about!

Some entries, which our regular editors consider too vulgar -- according to their standards, may be tagged "Crude or Lewd" so the faint-of-mind folks don't have to view them, but everyone can use the link on the right-hand column to decide for themselves whether to show those entries or not.

Anyone may read the discussions shown in our forum. You will need to sign-up as a member and provide your name and valid email address to be able to add comments and participate in the discussions. There is no cost to join.

Elon Musk has been talking with Saudi Arabia for two years? What the heck?!!! This is another huge screaming and blatantly obvious reason why the government should not be doling out taxpayers money in subsidies to any and all private business enterprises.

You are welcome Mike BYOB. Glad you appreciate it. While I would enjoy writing about these things for periodicals, most of those communities are a closed loop. You need to either be an industry insider or someone with your own website or video channel. Perhaps one day I should take my articles and update them and self publish via Amazon. Hmmmm,...maybe.

Good move since "the republic for which it stands" has no allegiance to it's "citizens". https://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/politics/justices-rule-police-do-not-have-a-constitutional-duty-to-protect.html

Courage at this moment would involve the banned parties – and everyone else they could find – building their own social networks (or pouring money into one of the alternatives) and bringing everyone over. In other words, to ignore the thugs and sycophants and build their own. Hire a few dozen engineers and get started. Then hire the necessary support and management people. It isn't rocket science anymore. That is so funny. You really think that the people who create sites that are almost exclusively lies and BS can put together sufficient talent & resources to create a social media site that would be profitable? Really?? These sites exist because there are enough --- for want of a better word --- deplorables who visit successful sites who will believe any bit of crap that people like Alex Jones peddle. Most successful cultures have a smattering of gullible people from whom those like Alex can make a living by selling S***T! S***T sellers can NOT make a successful culture

TRANSLATION: When you want to subject people to the control of government, you have to do it in just the right way. Otherwise the people rebel, or become unproductive for you. This includes when you want to bring the world under a one-world government. So, what you do as government leaders is, get together and talk out the best methods that work to do this. If you have the stronger nation, because your methods work, you force the weaker nations to accept what works. At the same time, you learn the few things that you don't know, from the other nations. This is what diplomatic talks and tariffs are all about > subjecting the people of both nations to stronger controls, just so you can rule the world.

The simple answer is in the word "dismissed." When a case is dismissed, it simply means that it is not on the current agenda for trial action. Although the people who the case is dismissed for might go free, the freedom is as temporary as an accuser or prosecutor wants to allow the freedom. The answer is to make sure that the word "discharged" is used. - When you are set free by a jury, you are discharged. But if the judge proclaims dismissed rather than discharged, and if you accept it, you are agreeing with the judge that the courts can bring the matter up, again, later, if they want, no matter what the jury has said. If the judge won't proclaim the case "discharged," at your requirement, after the jury finds you not guilty, sue the judge for damages. What damages? Disobeying the jury. Amounts according to your desire, say, $1,000 per day, or $1 per second, that he will not change. Your damages are what it is worth to you. And stick with your demands against the judge.

Do you want to send any kind of a message anywhere? Freedom's Phoenix already showed us how. Bypass every court order without them being able to stop you >>> short of shutting down the whole Internet. But you still can send over the phone lines like regular telephone. Here's how. Progressive western culture had doomed itself. Any culture who does not produce an average about 2.5 kids per child bearing couple will die out. Governments only want to govern (wield power) they give a r@ts @ss who they govern. They will use the very last resources that the Western European progressives meant to save and give it to non-western coutures who bread like rats in a grain storehouse. When the resources run out and the countries become $hit holes like were they were from they will find a new place to mooch off of.

But somehow democratic socialism will work every time?????? The closest places were I see that it somewhat works are small countries with highly controlled boarders. tightly controlled businesses and a very slow growth in their economy's along with high taxes on everything and everybody.

She needs to be fired and the view canceled. the network has fired people for not displaying the networks "values" so unless yelling insults at guests and spitting on them is the values the network want to display then they should state so and remove all doubt of any old fashion family values and common decency.

People in the Fed would say this. Why? Because the whole fiat money system worldwide is a Ponzi. When people want to trade money for other things, what they want to trade is value. They don't really care what means is used. They simple want to trade value for value. The fiat money system is a method to steal value from people who use fiat to do the trading. Fiat is all the things that the Fed Chair says crypto is. - It's like two people facing off in a battle. One has a gun, the other has no weapons. Fiat is the gun that the Fed has. People have no weapons even though they use fiat. Crypto is like giving the people a gun.

Whitehead is forever coming up with fake enemies and fake solutions. "Governments" force people to pay them. That is and always has been the problem. Once the people of the planet face that fact, the solution will come naturally.

It seems to be a pervasive strategy of US power-brokers to accuse foreign governments of doing what they themselves are doing. In this case the accusation can be summarized as, "covertly meddling with the outcome of US elections in order to bias the outcome of the US political process." Am I the only one seeing the HYPOCRISY of that accusation? The US government, through the efforts of its diplomatic corps, its intelligence services, its economic sanctions, and its direct military interventions, has overtly and covertly subverted the political processes of HUNDREDS of countries in Central and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia and has openly touted its goals of "regime change". And these actions have caused the deaths and excruciating suffering of hundreds of millions of people. If anyone has the moral high-ground on this issue, it certainly isn't the US government.

Well, I guess it's a good thing I NEVER OPENED MINE! Back in the 90's when I lived in SoCal and worked in the Aerospace Industry (remember that?) I collected 'Non-Sports Trading Cards'. It started when the Wife and I went to Blockbuster (of which after the two in AK closes, the one in Bend, Oregon is the last one left) to rent something to watch. On the counter was a display with some 'Rock Cards' put out by Brokum. Cool. I bought some, and got a Specialty Grateful Dead card right off the bat. I was hooked. -3 decades later- In my collection of THOUSANDS of cards is an unopened set of Mr. Jackson's visionary INWO. To go along with it, I have uncounted unopened cardpacks, specialty cards, blank cards (for creating your own world-ending scenario), and a couple of pieces of original artwork for a card or two purchased off EBAY. Not for sale. : ) Ed

But we will never know if the military is the one who is the hacker. Why not? The hacker could claim that he designed the stuff, and that the military stole his designs, and the military hack-erased his plans and documentation of everything that he did.

Google "plasma garbage converter." - "Eliminates the need for land fills, freeing up additional space for other purposes. Provides a means to potentially mine old land fills, which eliminates the leaching and other contamination issues associated with land fills; including the resultant methane production which is a significant green house contributor. PWC is the ultimate in recycling since all organics are turned into energy and all metals and in-organics are fed back into the economy without the need for sorting or separate handling. PWC provides distributed generation capacity. As a result, restructuring the National Power Grid to distribute the power would not be a part of the cost equation. If utilized nationally PWC would provide about 70 Gigawatts of distributed generation. Provides a significant decrease in Green House gases." - http://www.kva-engineering.com/plasma_waste_converter.html

"Anarchists did not try to carry out genocide against the Armenians in Turkey; they did not deliberately starve millions of Ukrainians; they did not create a system of death camps to kill Jews, gypsies, and Slavs in Europe; they did not fire-bomb scores of large German and Japanese cities and drop nuclear bombs on two of them; they did not carry out a Great Leap Forward that killed scores of millions of Chinese; they did not attempt to kill everybody with any appreciable education in Cambodia; they did not launch one aggressive war after another; they did not implement trade sanctions that killed perhaps 500,000 Iraqi children. In debates between anarchists and statists, the burden of proof clearly should rest on those who place their trust in the state. Anarchy's mayhem is wholly conjectural; the state's mayhem is undeniably, factually horrendous." ~Robert Higgs

Whitehead can't give up on the idea that "we" can have good government. No surprise because he's a lawyer. Every government that has ever been was evil because it existed by stealing money from strangers. Whether Whitehead likes it or not, "we" live the best part of our lives as anarchists. If we lived all of our lives as anarchists, "government" would disappear through lack of interest, and the Whiteheads of the world would have nothing to complain about.

Look. It's basically as simple as this. Your ID isn't you. Get an ID for yourself to use. If anybody has a problem with you, find out what it is, and correct it. If you owe someone, pay him. But if someone brings you to court without saying "man" or " woman" in their talk about you, they are only bringing the ID to court. If they make trouble for you, the man/woman, sue them as a man/woman for messing with you, and sue their bond if they are a government official. All this anti-ID talk that is out there is only a bunch of BS. The 4th Amendment "person" talk is what IDs are all about. You ain't that person. You are a man/woman. If the person has done something wrong, let them put the ID in prison, not you, because you haven't harmed anyone, they haven't even called you, the man/woman, to account. They have only called your ID.

Two basic things happen in the transfer of bitcoins: 1) two Bitcoin addresses “talk” to each other in an encrypted “language” that only they can understand; 2) in the “talk,” a simple number disappears from one address, and appears in the other address. Five things will make blockchain technology really powerful: 1) same as 1, above; 2) the si9mple number in 2, above, becomes a string of numbers and letters and/or other characters that never change, which include (perhaps at the end of the string) a property identification number (like a VIN for a vehicle); 3) anybody can enter a new ID# at the end of some string (the first part being created by the program); 4) once the ID# is entered, it is compared with all ID#s in the blockchain to make sure it doesn’t exist already; 5) this ID# becomes the method for property transfer of the property it represents, rather than the simple transfer of digits like Bitcoin does.
