Cop falsifies DUI Report to justify stopping and searching a vehicle

A Wyoming State Trooper called in a false tip to an anonymous driving under the influence (DUI) hotline so that he would have an excuse to pull over and search a vehicle known to be carrying a large amount of cash.

this is exactly why the 46 states that allow anonymous tips to be a reason to stop a vehicle are wrong in doing so,you bet its happening more than its being reported,and the more people know they can use this as a way to benifit themselves,or harass those they dont like the more this policy WILL be abused.Its hard to beleive this blaten abuse of our fourth amendment,is continueing in 46 states that allow it,even after this wonderful example of how it can and is being abused.What will it take for these states to see this wrong and is harmful to the american way of life,people before us have fought and DIED to provide us with our right to be free from unreasonable siezeure,cops can pull over a motorist with the hundreds of traffic laws easy enough,besides dont you think if the person really is so drunk the tipster felt the need to call,the police who are trained to see sighns of impairment would see it too,just minutes after the tipsters call.
